The Filtration Services' Rotavac rotary drum vacuum filter [RDVF] is particularly suited for applications where large amounts of liquids and solids have to be separated.
The Rotavac is available in a variety of sizes, from 0.8m2 up to 60m2 filtration area, and discharge configurations. All of our RDVFs are of bespoke manufacture and designed to meet both your site specific requirements and the exacting standards of today's industry.
Rotary drum vacuum filters operate continuously with the solids and liquid being discharged at steady, preductable rates. The units require little or no manual intervention, are simple to operate and maintain. Their robust construction ensures excellent reliability and long equipment life.

*The Rotavac precoat knife filter incorporates our AKAS digital automatic knife advance system. This unique development ensures precise control of knife advance rate. It results in increased cycle times and can provide significant savings on precoat usage. The AKAS also provides ease of operation and maintenance over all traditional precoat knife advance systems.
The AKAS system can be retrofitted to existing rotary drum vacuum filters including Stockdale, Dorr-Oliver, Paxman, Eimco, Komline Sanderson, Lundin and others.
